All products are shipped from and to the United States. For shipping outside the United States, please contact us via email at to obtain shipping cost and confirm it is an eligible country.

All orders over $75 receive FREE shipping! If your order is under $75, there is an $8 shipping and handling charge.

MiZUDaMA ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) to arrive in 3-5 days once processed and shipped from our facility. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping email notification with tracking number.

All in-stock items will be processed immediately and often ship the same day. Expect an email from MiZUDaMA if we can't get it out within 2-3 business days.

MiZUDaMA makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of these promises. Although we do not anticipate delays, there may be holidays and/or occasion(s) where this process may change or circumstances out of our control happen and your expected date may change. We will notify the customer via the email address or phone number provided at the time of order as soon as we understand the situation.

If a package is returned to MiZUDaMA due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. MiZUDaMA is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

MiZUDaMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MiZUDaMA will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please contact us at

Returns & Exchange

We accept returns for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. All items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. Shipping charges will be deducted from all customer credits on returns, whether or not the order size was over $75.

We will not accept returns on any items that have been worn.

To make a request for a return, please email us at We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and affix to your return package. Five dollars($5.00) will be deducted from your return/exchange. Make sure to keep your tracking number on hand!

Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.

If MiZUDaMA has made a mistake with your order, simply access our prepaid return label via your online MiZUDaMA customer account to ship back to us at no charge or use the carrier of your choice and MiZUDaMA will reimburse the cost of the postage.

We will make every effort to process your return/exchange quickly. Please allow 5-7 business days from when we receive the returned item for credits to be processed.
